The TaxBiz Program was developed to assist independent tax professionals who are not yet ready to make the necessary hardware and software investments, but want to offer the lucrative services of  e-file and bank products*** to his/her clients.  The risk of not offering this valuable service is that it is always available from a competitor.

The TaxBiz Program is easy to use.

  • You simply prepare your clients tax return, complete the bank application if applicable, and e-file the completed return directly to the IRS and State.
  • You receive acknowledgements from the IRS and State, and the check print file from the bank.  You print the refund checks and issue to your client.  If direct deposit was used, that's even better, the refund goes directly into the clients bank account.
  • Your prep fees are delivered weekly to your bank account or by mail.
  • Best of all… NO out of pocket expense to your customers. All fees are withheld from the refund check.

The entire process is seamless and your clients will only have contact with you, their tax service provider.  Your clients have the security of picking up their check in your office or having it deposited into their bank account.

The TaxBiz Program is inexpensive to use. The cost associated with enrolling in the program is as low as $349 annually.

Our enrollment deadline is October 31st.  We choose to close enrollment earlier than some so that we can utilize the two months preceding tax season to concentrate on getting first-time enrollees acclimated to the software and processing procedures, answering questions and assisting with setup.

**E-FILE.  Provided at a per tax return rate of $12 or $500 for unlimited e-filing of federal and state returns.  A  credit card is required for  using the per return e-file rate.

***BANK PRODUCTS.  We offer Refund Anticipation Loans (RALs), Electronic Refund Check (ERC), and Direct Deposit.   The cost to your client to process a bank product ranges between $51 and $190.
